Role OverviewAnew Hospice is seeking a Hospice CNA to provide personal care services and supportive duties to clients in the Fort Wayne, IN area. The Hospice CNA works under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist to provide care services and maintain an environment that protects and promotes client rights.
What You Will Do
Deliver care items, assist with activities of daily living, observe and report unusual occurrences, and assist with planning and implementation of plans of care for assigned clients.

Requirements
- Successful completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the state.
