Role OverviewJoin our team as a Hospice Aide providing personal care and supportive services to hospice patients in accordance with the patient's plan of care. We empower our caregivers to focus on what matters most by maintaining manageable workloads and providing the resources needed to deliver exceptional care.
What You Will Do
Provide personal care services, assist with bathing, oral hygiene, shampoos, back rubs, and changing bed linens, plan and prepare nutritious meals, take and record temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure, and provide respite support for family members and caregivers.

Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Current State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
- Current CPR certification
- Listed on the state nurse aide registry with a clear record and eligible to provide patient care
- Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort with providing compassionate end-of-life care
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team
