Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, master's in health-related field preferred or Master's degree in social work from an accredited program
  • Three to four years of recent nursing experience with two years in a hospice or palliative care setting
  • Two to four years supervisory experience
  • CHPN/CHP-SW certification required within one year of hire
