Job Description
Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a Community Representative to provide comprehensive care to patients and families in their final stages of life. The Community Representative will establish and maintain positive relationships in the communities we serve, educating referral sources and the public about our services.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related/equivalent work experience
  • Hospice or palliative care experience
  • Experience initiating and developing professional business relationships
  • Current driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and the ability to travel between multiple locations within your region
