What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include supervising patient care, managing the Interdisciplinary Team, overseeing the consultative process, and attending/leading team meetings. You will also process EMR documentation workflow as needed.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with minimum of three years in healthcare required
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Experience in leadership or management strongly preferred
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems a strong plus
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of employment
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing a plus but not required
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
