Role OverviewAmbercare is seeking a driven, high-impact Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in Las Cruces, NM and El Paso, TX. The role involves taking ownership of the territory, developing strong referral partnerships, increasing census, and positioning Ambercare as the provider of choice.
What You Will Do
The Hospice Liaison will coordinate and facilitate referrals to Hospice care based on Hospice admission criteria, assist in patient intake, admissions, and transition to home, develop a consultative relationship with assigned accounts, and implement marketing and education programs to increase awareness of the company.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, or other related fields
- Minimum of one year of professional sales experience

- Valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
- Strong customer service skills and ability to keep good relationships with customers, co-workers, and other business partners
