Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, or Associate School of Nursing
  • Current State License as a Licensed Vocational / Practical Nurse
  • 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred
  • Valid driver's license and insurance and reliable transportation
