Job Description
Anew Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN will be responsible for implementing the plan of care, providing treatments, and collaborating with the team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
  • Three (3) years nursing experience
  • Community health/hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred
