Job Description
Care Initiatives Hospice is expanding into the Muscatine, Iowa area and seeking an experienced Program Director to build and lead the Muscatine team. As a Program Director, you will develop and lead an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
Two years in a leadership position (required)
Two years' experience in the hospice industry (required)
Active RN license (or ability to activate) in the state(s) in which you operate
Experience interacting with physicians and health care providers related to patient care
