Job Description
Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team as an RN Case Manager. The RN Case Manager will provide comprehensive care to patients and their families, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Requirements

  • Active Iowa RN license
  • Active CPR certification
  • Hospice or palliative care experience
  • Two (2) years of verifiable experience working as a nurse (RN/LPN), preferred
  • Current driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and the ability to travel between multiple locations within your region
  • Home access to the internet
  • Ability to obtain Hospice and Palliative Registered Nurse Certification (CHPN) within 24 months of employment
