Role OverviewAnew Hospice is seeking a full-time Hospice RN Case Manager to serve the Crawfordsville / Lafayette, IN area. The RN will deliver patient care through the nursing process and plan, organize, and direct hospice care services.

The RN will be responsible for delivering patient care, planning, and directing hospice care services, and building from community resources to meet the needs of individuals and families.

Requirements
- Valid Indiana Registered Nurse License (RN)
