Job Description
Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a Hospice RN to join our Hospice team in the Omaha area. The RN Case Manager provides direct patient care services with the ability to manage patient care with specific knowledge and experience.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least three years of experience as a nurse.
  • At least two years of experience in hospice or home care setting preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation and carry current automobile insurance.
  • BLS certification by AHA required.
