Role OverviewThe RN Team Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and compliance of hospice clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational excellence.

Provide leadership and oversight for clinical operations and patient care delivery, ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines, and lead and support ongoing staff education and professional development programs.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio (or eligible to obtain)
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience, including 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in hospice, home health, or related healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance standards, and clinical operations
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and administrative skills
- Experience with quality assurance/performance improvement (QAPI)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
