Role OverviewThe Hospital Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of facilities in a healthcare campus. The role involves cleaning and polishing various surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, and performing other tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. The position requires working in a team environment and following basic written and verbal instructions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the janitorial industry, preferably in a medical environment.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the position include cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim, sweeping and/or vacuuming floors, dusting furniture and equipment, polishing metalwork, washing walls and ceiling, and transporting trash and waste to the disposal area.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent
- Experience in the janitorial industry
- Medical environment cleaning a plus
- Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English
- Annual Influenza (flu) immunization (unless medical or religious exemption is granted)
