Role OverviewXanitos is hiring Full time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for 1st shift at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY. The individual will clean and keep in an orderly condition facilities or locations in a health care campus.
What You Will Do
Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim. Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas. Sweeps and/or vacuums floor. Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. Empties wastebasket and Transports trash and waste to the disposal area. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Experience in the janitorial industry and medical cleaning are a plus. Flu shot required. Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
