What You Will Do
The Hospital Liaison is responsible for increasing census and strengthening referral partnerships for multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This role focuses on building trust with referral sources, educating families and healthcare professionals on facility services, and coordinating smooth transitions of care from hospitals to post-acute settings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare marketing, admissions, liaison, or medical sales experience
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF), rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience
- Existing relationships within the North County healthcare market
- Proven success building hospital and physician referral relationships
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and other payer sources
