Role OverviewAs a Hospital Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our hospital, ensuring top-tier patient care, and exceptional client service. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our hospital's success, enhancing profitability, and nurturing a culture of excellence and compassion.
What You Will Do
Complete ownership of P&L, accountable for the hospital's performance, manage accounts receivable, oversee hospital inventory, manage payroll, develop the hospital schedule, manage labor costs, champion change, lead the hospital team, implement new technologies, and track and maintain current licensures for all DVMs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience
- Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting in positions of increased responsibility
