Role OverviewThe Hospitalist Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of the Hospitalist Program across assigned locations. In collaboration with physician and operational leadership, the Program Manager oversees provider scheduling and staffing, program operations, financial and productivity performance, quality and performance improvement activities, provider administrative requirements, and operational workflows.

The position serves as a key liaison among hospitalists, advanced practice providers, hospital leadership, clinical and administrative staff, and collaborating specialties to promote effective communication, efficient patient care delivery, and achievement of program objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant management experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in business management, with strong financial and systems background, and strong marketing experience
- Working knowledge of physician office practices, managed care operations and insurance industry structure and products desired
- Minimum of two years of healthcare experience in an applicable clinical or healthcare operational setting
- Practice management and billing or coding experience
- Experience with EPIC and Amion
