We are seeking a Hospitality Ambassador to provide the highest level of service to guests at AC Hotel Cleveland Beachwood. The role involves performing various guest service activities, including greeting guests, providing information, and assisting with luggage storage and deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guest service experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 to 3 months related experience
  • Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and administrative skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
