Job Description
The Hospitality Food & Beverage Coordinator serves a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and well-organized environment at Community of Faith. This position supports ministry events and weekly services by overseeing café operations and coordinating food and beverage needs.

Requirements

  • Support and fulfill the vision, values, and goals of the church
  • Understand and align with the main vision of the church and promoting that vision
  • Oversee the total guest experience at all cafes and coffee areas during weekend, weekday, and special events
  • Ensure the employee breakroom area is stocked with snacks and beverage needs
  • Establish and implement quality standards for all cafe and coffee volunteers
  • Monitor expenditures to reduce excessive costs and maximize the profit potential of the cafe
  • Oversee the receipt of any food and supply deliveries as needed
  • Stay up to date on current health codes and standards of the food service industry
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Ensure the timely follow-up of all contacts including conversations, phone calls, emails, and social media contacts
