Job Description
The Hospitality Food & Beverage Coordinator serves a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and well-organized environment at Community of Faith. This position supports ministry events and weekly services by overseeing café operations and coordinating food and beverage needs.
Requirements
Support and fulfill the vision, values, and goals of the church
Understand and align with the main vision of the church and promoting that vision
Oversee the total guest experience at all cafes and coffee areas during weekend, weekday, and special events
Ensure the employee breakroom area is stocked with snacks and beverage needs
Establish and implement quality standards for all cafe and coffee volunteers
Monitor expenditures to reduce excessive costs and maximize the profit potential of the cafe
Oversee the receipt of any food and supply deliveries as needed
Stay up to date on current health codes and standards of the food service industry
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Ensure the timely follow-up of all contacts including conversations, phone calls, emails, and social media contacts
