Role OverviewThe Hospitality Manager will oversee a segment of Landing's properties, managing member experience, property relationships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance, and unit quality. They will also report on market performance to the Hub Manager. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, makes decisions with incomplete information, and builds systems while using them.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include reservation management, member experience, property and housekeeping partner relationships, market KPIs, reservation coordination, and onboarding new properties. The Hospitality Manager will also have to triage under pressure, manage ambiguity, and prioritize tasks.
