What You Will Do
Responsible for checking guests in/out, collecting balances, posting room charges, making reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Also responsible for answering guest questions, making courtesy calls, and coordinating with other departments.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
