Role OverviewAs our Host/Cashier, you'll be one of the first and last faces our guests see. You'll welcome guests, help manage the flow of the dining room, assist with seating, answer phones, take carry-out orders, and process payments. You'll help keep the front of the restaurant organized and welcoming while jumping in to support your teammates wherever needed.
What You Will Do
Create an amazing guest experience, greet guests warmly, ask about seating preferences, and escort them to the appropriate table. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude throughout the shift. Assist guests with special requests or needs. Monitor the guest waiting list and help manage the flow of the dining room.

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple orders and priorities at once
- Pay attention to details, especially when handling orders and payments
- Stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Take pride in keeping your work area clean and welcoming
- Food Handler certification required within 30 days of hire
- Safety shoes required within 30 days of hire
