What You Will Do
Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival, escort guests to their tables, provide menus, answer questions, and make recommendations, coordinate with the kitchen and servers to ensure timely service, assist with taking reservations and managing the waiting list, maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station, handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
