Role OverviewBecome a Host Home / Shared Living Provider with Vibrant SCL, providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming home environment for an individual. You will provide guidance, support, and care to help them work toward greater independence and a fulfilling life.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily living skills, transportation, and community activities. Support individuals with mental health needs or behavioral health challenges, and help them develop coping skills, build social relationships, and participate in activities that promote emotional and mental well-being.

Requirements
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license, car insurance, and current registration
- Active home/renters' insurance
- Age 18 or older
- Residency in the state of Iowa
- Private bedroom available for the individual
- Completion of state-mandated training
- Environmentally safe and clean residence
- Pass State/Federal and APS/CPS background check
- Reliable phone or computer with internet access
- Compliance with documentation policy
- Willingness to have staff come for home visits
- Signing of an agreement as a contractor
