Role OverviewAs an Independent Contractor, you will provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming home environment for an individual residing with you. You will assist with daily living skills, transportation, and community activities, while helping the individual work toward greater independence and a fulfilling life.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include providing guidance, support, and care, assisting with goals such as shopping, cooking, personal hygiene, and developing coping skills. You will also serve as an advocate, mentor, and positive support while helping the individual build confidence and independence.
