Requirements

• Demonstrate pride and attention to detail
• Have knowledge of restaurant operations, menu items, and service standards
• Manage reservations, communicate with Chef and Management, and coordinate with Lead Host
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of host podium and surrounding area
• Assist other Hosts and follow standard operating procedures
