Job Description
The Experience Senior Living Team is looking for a Host/Hostess to join their team. The Host/Hostess will provide excellent customer service, work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Director, and assist with meal preparation and execution of special events.

Requirements

  • Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
  • Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or team members.
