Host/Hostess

The Host/Hostess will be responsible for welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. They will manage restaurant seating, maintain accurate wait lists, and assist in creating a positive dining experience by ensuring efficient guest flow and excellent customer service.

What You Will Do

The Host/Hostess will greet guests promptly upon arrival and thank them upon departure, manage seating assignments, maintain wait lists, and communicate estimated wait times accurately. They will also answer telephone calls, take reservations, and provide guests with information regarding restaurant services and hours of operation.

• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess basic computer skills and be able to operate reservation and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when handling guest concerns or high-volume periods.
• Knowledge of restaurant seating procedures and guest service standards.
