Host

The Host is the first and last point of contact for members and guests, setting the tone for their entire club experience. The role involves warmly greeting and seating members and guests, ensuring a seamless and positive start and finish to their visit. The Host will uphold the 3-steps of service by providing exceptional hospitality and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

What You Will Do

Maintain Invited service standards, greet members/guests by name, seat members/guests while ensuring high-quality service, converse with members/guests in a professional manner, and assist service staff as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system
• Proven ability to handle sensitive member information with the highest level of confidentiality
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
