Host

This position is responsible for supporting front-of-house operations by managing guest reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment. The host represents the brand and embodies the commitment to providing legendary service. This role requires a warm, outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with guests.

What You Will Do

Greet all guests immediately upon entry, seat guests at desirable tables, provide menus, inform guests of their server's name, and communicate special requests or celebrations to the server. Answer phone calls professionally, document large party inquiries, and maintain contact with servers to address dining details and guest concerns.

Requirements

• Experience working as a host or in a similar role
• Standing / Walking up to 8 hours continuously
• Lifting up to 50 lbs alone, and up to 80 lbs as a team
