Host

We are seeking a well-rounded and seasoned Host to join our ParOne Clubhouse opening team. The host is more than the first person guests meet; they are the first impression of our hospitality. We are seeking individuals who are naturally welcoming, poised, and attentive, with the ability to make every guest feel recognized from the moment they arrive.

What You Will Do

Welcome every guest promptly with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanor. Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments to maximize dining room efficiency and guest satisfaction. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, country club, or luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Experience with reservation and table management systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
