Host

The Host is the first and last point of contact for members and guests, setting the tone for their entire club experience. The role is to warmly greet and seat members and guests, ensuring a seamless and positive start and finish to their visit.

What You Will Do

Maintain Invited service standards, greet members/guests by name, seat members/guests while ensuring high-quality service, converse with members/guests in a professional manner, and assist service staff as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system
