As Host Person - The Buffet, you will serve as the first and last impression of the restaurant, creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless arrival experience for every guest.

Deliver exceptional guest service, manage guest check-in procedures, and utilize reservation and table management systems to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• one year of experience in a host, guest services, concierge, or hospitality-related role
• previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant environment
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• demonstrated commitment to delivering personalized, anticipatory service
• proficiency in utilizing reservation, point-of-sale, or table management systems
• basic computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
• ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus
