Job Description
The Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra is seeking a full-time Hotel Accountant to support the Finance department in managing revenue, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to company policy and accounting guidelines. The role involves financial reporting, reconciliation, tax returns preparation, budgeting, and assisting with other financial tasks. This position requires a meticulous individual who can maintain a clean and organized accounting system.

Requirements

  • Responsibility for the financial accounting and reporting of the Ala Moana Hotel Rental Program
  • Preparation and review of Owner Statements
  • Preparation and review of Taxation GET, TAT, OTAT returns
  • Account reconciliations and monthly/annual financial analysis
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Planning and preparation of annual budgets and forecasting
  • Assistance with special projects
