Job Description
As a Restaurant Junior Sous Chef, you'll support kitchen operations, lead the culinary team, and ensure consistent, high-quality food preparation in our hotel restaurant.

Requirements

  • Support daily kitchen operations with a focus on consistency and quality
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members
  • Step into leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef
  • Apply culinary education and cost control practices
  • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and basic computer skills
  • Previous hotel culinary experience preferred
  • Availability to work AM shifts and flexibility to support the operation as needed
  • Culinary education or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
