Role OverviewThe Area Director of Sales and Marketing has direct oversight of the Sales and Marketing operation of two hotels. They are responsible for the Sales and Marketing Budget/P&L, revenue forecasting, advertising, marketing, and supervision of sales managers and staff. They report directly to the General Manager and Regional Vice President of Sales.
What You Will Do
The ADOSM will be responsible for recruiting and hiring sales staff, training, managing, and coaching sales managers to meet company goals and maximize hotel revenues. They will also be responsible for managing retention, reactivation, and acquisition accounts.

- Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
- Intermediate or expert skill level in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel-based computer programs
