Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience in a finance or real estate role
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field
- Background and interest in real estate, finance, accounting, and/or capital markets along with a proficiency in financial and accounting concepts
- Strong financial modeling, presentation, communication (written and oral), and project management skills
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and demanding environment with limited supervision
