Hotel Booking Agent

Capital Vacations is hiring a Hotel Booking Agent in their Springfield Call Center. The role involves booking reservations, data entry, and customer service.

What You Will Do

The Hotel Booking Agent will check marketing emails, reservations, and condo availability, as well as email hotels and vendors, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ year Administrative or Office work preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fast learner who eager to increase your knowledge and skillset
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
• Functional knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Good communication skills and excellent customer service
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
• Proper phone etiquette
• Proficient in basic PC knowledge
• Microsoft Office experience is preferred
• Must enjoy a team environment
• Must be at least 18 to apply
