Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing basic repair and maintenance of facilities, guest rooms, and public spaces at Hotel Carmichael. This includes maintaining building equipment, inspecting and maintaining machinery, and providing timely and professional manpower assistance to the hotel.

Requirements

  • Operation/use of pick-up, snow blower, small power tools, shovels, rakes and other maintenance tools
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits
  • Able to comply with all current related safety and health requirements
  • Blueprint reading
  • Ability to work without supervision and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
