Job Description
We are seeking an Event Sales Manager to join our exciting and fun events teams. The Event Sales manager is responsible for capturing local catering business (weddings, galas, Social and Corporate events) while maximizing banquet space to meet and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hotel event sales/event planning experience
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of hotel and/or food & beverage experience
  • General computer knowledge and programs
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive leadership characteristics
  • Experience in creative development of marketing concepts, custom proposals and promotional events
  • Understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all operational departments within the hotel
