Hotel Food and Beverage Manager

The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all food and beverage venues at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk, including scheduling, forecasting, and training. This person will also coordinate special events at the hotel.

Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience as F&B Management
• Hotel industry experience highly preferred
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
