Hotel Food and Beverage Manager

The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all food and beverage venues at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk, including Moda Fare Food and Drink, Tejas Lounge, Spoonful Provisions, and the Pool Bar. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting, and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience as F&B Management
• Hotel industry experience highly preferred
