Job Description
The Food and Beverage Coordinator will be in charge of all administrative tasks for the hotel restaurant operation, working with leadership teams from multiple departments to maintain a smooth daily operation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of hotel and/or food & beverage experience
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be on feet for 8+ hours per day and lift 35 or more pounds
Candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast-paced environment
Strong time management & multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work early mornings and weekends and holidays on a consistent basis
Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics
Ability to quickly learn new computer systems
Understanding of food and beverage operations
Excellent knowledge of Outlook and Canva
Excellent customer service skills
