Job Description
The Food and Beverage Coordinator will be in charge of all administrative tasks for the hotel restaurant operation, working with leadership teams from multiple departments to maintain a smooth daily operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of hotel and/or food & beverage experience
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be on feet for 8+ hours per day and lift 35 or more pounds
  • Candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management & multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work early mornings and weekends and holidays on a consistent basis
  • Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer systems
  • Understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook and Canva
  • Excellent customer service skills
