Job Description
The Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for leading associates, coaching, giving direction, and training in a fast-paced environment. They must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge, maintain a strong presence on the floor, and ensure product quality and service standards are met.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of food and beverage experience
  • 1 year of working in a food and beverage supervisory role
  • Must be able to work any shift on any day, including weekends and holidays
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Present a professional appearance and confidence
  • Strong time management & multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics
  • Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent customer service and interface skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to delight customers
  • Strong food, beverage, and alcohol knowledge
  • Must be TABC and Food Handler Certified
