Job Description
The Hampton Inn Danbury is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling cash and credit card information, and responding to guest requests in a timely manner. The ideal candidate embodies Buffalo Lodging's culture and core values, with a strong focus on customer service and computer knowledge.
Requirements
Customer Service experience in a hotel setting preferred
Marriott experience is a plus
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval
