Job Description
The Hampton Inn Danbury is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling cash and credit card information, and responding to guest requests in a timely manner. The ideal candidate embodies Buffalo Lodging's culture and core values, with a strong focus on customer service and computer knowledge.

Requirements

  • Customer Service experience in a hotel setting preferred
  • Marriott experience is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval
