Job Description
The Front Service/Houseperson will be responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during the day shifts. The role also involves responding to guest requests, stocking room attendant carts, and assisting with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping
  • Hotel Experience a plus
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Able to work various shifts (and weekends and holidays)
  • Hotel brand Experience a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
