Job Description
Assist guests with registration, accounts, and provide information throughout their stay. Work with related departments to ensure excellent customer service. Act as a role model for front office staff and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements

  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Register guests into the hotel following established procedures
  • Perform cashiering functions, including accurate record keeping
  • Ensure guest needs and special requests are met
  • Apply reward credits based on availability and established guidelines
  • Maintain the condition of the front desk area
  • Informs guests of events, shows, activities, and amenities
  • Demonstrate a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times
  • Understand the essential functions of the Housekeeping department
  • Have working knowledge of Rooms Control and VIP services
  • Assist with on the job training for New Hires
