Job Description
Assist guests with registration, accounts, and provide information throughout their stay. Work with related departments to ensure excellent customer service. Act as a role model for front office staff and provide guidance as needed.
Requirements
Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
Register guests into the hotel following established procedures
Perform cashiering functions, including accurate record keeping
Ensure guest needs and special requests are met
Apply reward credits based on availability and established guidelines
Maintain the condition of the front desk area
Informs guests of events, shows, activities, and amenities
Demonstrate a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times
Understand the essential functions of the Housekeeping department
Have working knowledge of Rooms Control and VIP services
Assist with on the job training for New Hires
