Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Agent to provide superior service to guests at our hotel, located near Universal Orlando. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting, and strong computer skills. Requirements

  • Customer Service experience, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
