Job Description
Hotel Host creates an experience for hotel guests with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. Must have previous guest service experience and ability to communicate well with guests. Schedule flexibility required for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Previous guest service experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
  • Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
  • Basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
